Discharge of condition 3 (External facing & roofing materials) & 5 (programme of archaeological work) in relation to 2019/1052/FUL - Part demolition, part extension and conversion of Public House to form dwelling. Erection of 2 no. semi-detached houses along Stamford Road and 2 no. houses along Crown Lane.

Work on the Yew tree (T1) - Trimming the branches at the bottom of the crown on the garden side in places where they hang lower, by 0.65m in two places, in one place by 0.50m, and by 0.60m in one place which overlaps the corner of the house and affects the roof and gutter. On the roadside - prune the canopy between 0.20m and 1.6m, to even out the canopy overall.

Discharge of condition 3 (swift nesting boxes), 4 (details of facing and roofing materials) and 7 (details of replacement trees, changes to ground levels and details of existing trees, shrubs and hedgerows including protection measures) of planning application 2021/1451/FUL - demolish garage, replace with a new detached garage and home office.

Raise crown of Silver Birch (T1) to 5m. Raise crown of Wild Cherry (T2) to 5m and remove branch over house. Raise Oak (T3) over house to give 1-1.5m to roof and remove significant deadwood

Fell and removal of 3 no. leylandii trees on the driveway. The trees are growing into the driveway and making access difficult. In addition the trees are now growing into the thatch of Top House Cottage damaging the thatch roof.

T1 - Fell 1 No. Conifer within close proximity to a collywestern roof and green house. Small indication of cracks to the neighbouring property, no structural report. The tree has not got any significant value.

1 No. Yew Tree (T10). Crown reduce to provide 1m clearance of the house and 1m clearance of the garage roof.
