Non-material amendments to planning permission dated 27.07.2017 (PL/2016/03131/PPFL) Erection of a logistics operations centre incorporating storage & distribution (Class B8) and offices (Class B1a); new and altered public highway; car, motorbike and cycle parking; lorry and trailer parking, fuel storage and dispensers, vehicle wash facilities, security measures; lighting; drainage attenuation measures, boundary treatment, landscaping, planting, environmental works and associated ancillary works. Namely: amendment for the addition of canopies and insertion of pedestrian access doors.

Amendments to planning permission dated 14.08.2017 (PL/2017/01205/PPRM) for: Erection of five warehouse buildings (Use Class B2/B8 with ancillary B1) with associated internal access roads, car parking, substations, service yards, landscaping and all other details required by Condition 3 relating to the reserved matters of layout, scale, appearance and landscaping. Namely: Non-material amendment for the relocation of pedestrian crossing and related hard landscaping to align with main entrance (as approved under PL/2021/00851/NONMC); realignment of disabled parking spaces in the former service yard to allow for additional safety markings; addition of a waste water tank and associated enclosed on the eastern elevation; infill of goods door on the eastern elevation; and, addition of external plant related to fume extraction located on the western elevation, following planning approval PL/2017/01205/PPRM.
