Amendments to planning permission dated 12.07.2023 (PL/2023/01075/MINFHO) for two storey side extension and front porch alteration. Namely: Amend and regularise roof design.

Non-material amendment to internal reconfiguration of floor plan including the addition of offices and meeting rooms to flexible ancillary office space, forklift charging zone, trolley and pump truck storage relocated, removal and relocation of internal stairs, reposition of internal portal columns, alterations to roof, including relocation of access hatch, reduction of 3 No. service doors to 2 No. wider service doors, alteration to window positions, addition of external doors, fencing repositioned to accommodate plant zone, plant enclosure to be reduced in size and finished in metal, bin enclosure finished in metal, reallocation of active and passive car charging points (quantum to be retained) following planning approval PL/2021/03191/PPFL.

Non-material amendment for alterations to House Type A: Gable added to bedroom 1 window to all plots, window to bedroom 1 increased in width to match lounge window below, window added to en suite bathroom, roof pitch reduced to 30 degrees from 32.5 degrees, eaves and soffit taken down to head of first floor windows, Plot 2 now has render to front elevation, Plot 1 and 3 remain all brickwork versions, following PL/2017/02193/PPFL.

Amendments to planning permission dated 01.08.2019 (PL/2019/01559/PPFL) for: replacement of existing dwelling and ancillary works. Namely: Non-material amendment to (a) size / proportions of windows to the front elevation, (b) alteration of roof design, (c) alteration to chimneys stack and removal of one chimney, (d) reduction of stone from front elevation, (e) revision to position of gym and utility, (f) minor extension of lounge at single storey level only and (g) 1.8m high obscure glass balustrade to terrace over lounge.

Non-material amendment to planning permission PL/2019/01332/PPRM dated 03.09.2019 Erection of 48 residential apartments and three ground floor commercial units (Use Class A1-A5), with associated parking and landscaping, and all other details required by Condition 3 relating to the reserved matters of layout, scale, appearance, and landscaping pursuant to planning permission reference PL/2016/00863/MAOOT. Namely: alterations to (a) landscaping, (b) architectural detailing and (c) instillation of PV Array on roof of Blocks A & B.
