An extension of the house at basement level to create an indoor pool. Three additional dormer windows at roof level to account for internal changes. Reconfiguration of the rear of the house to rationalise existing extensions. Demolition of the garage to the front and its replacement with a smaller structure to provide garden storage and workshop space.
