Discharge of Conditions: Condition 3- Landscaping proposals are submitted with this application. Condition 5- The location of tree protection fencing is shown on the Tree Protection Plan within the Arboricultural Report submitted with this application. Condition 6- There is no construction work, drainage runs and excavation work proposed within the protective fencing/root protection areas of retained trees. Condition 10- A materials scheduled is submitted with this application. Condition 15- Boundary treatments are shown on drawing 20009/4B submitted with this application.

Discharge Condition 3 - 2 No. plans and elevations supplied for the 2 No. approved mobile homes units. Both are Cosgrove units of differing sizes. Condition 5 - A detailed landscape plan is submitted Ref 22-007-O-01 showing all hard and soft landscaping proposed. Condition 9 - Confirmation provided that the boundary treatments will be solely as the submitted landscape plan i.e. hedges. Condition 10 - The proposed bat boxes will be Schwegler 1N (deep nest) and 2GR nest boxes. The are proposed to be located in the positions shown on the submitted location plan ref: CP418. Condition 11 - The single bat box will be a Schwegler 1FFH unit positioned on the southernmost unit, along the same elevation as the proposed bird box.
