The proposed development relates to Application Ref. No. 22/00312/REM. This application concerns the installation of PV panels to the roof of the industrial unit which will provide sustainable energy creation to power the site.

Single detached industrial unit (Class B2), with ancillary offices, providing 35,795 sq m (GEA) of floor space, ancillary external buildings, associated vehicle parking, cycle storage, yard space, circulation, lighting, landscaping, access road, three access points off the access road, and other ancillary development.

Alteration to the phasing plan to allow for commencement of industrial building to the South of the development to be undertaken whilst works continue to fully discharge Condition 10.
