Use of building and land as dwelling house

Remodel of existing detached dwelling including part two-storey, part single storey rear extension, glazed entrance extension to front, conversion of existing detached garage and replacement of detached pool house. Various changes to permission 22/00816/FUL including alterations to main house roof to provide accommodation in the roof space (application partly retrospective).

Change of Use from a use Class E(f) (Day Centre) to a use Class C3 (Dwelling House).

One single storey side extension less than half the width of the dwellinghouse and a detached outbuilding under 4m high and more than 2m from the boundary to house a gym.

Side extension to existing residential dwelling (Little Brook House), extension and conversion of existing residential outbuilding to create 2no. holiday apartments, erection of car port and re-siting of existing vehicular entrance.

It is proposed to day board a maximum of 3 extra dogs at the premises (no overnight boarding), 5 days a week. Pick up and drop off times would be between 7:30-9 and 4:30-6 and staggered so that only 2 extra cars per time. No changes proposed to the building or garden. No proposed signage. The dwelling would remain the same and the front of the house as seen from the street would remain the same.

Proposed change of use from dwelling (Class C3) to children's residential home and leaving care accommodation (Class C2).

Revised Facing materials plan to add second brick type to the boundary wall. proposed, Thakenham Red Multi, in lieu of the Sandhurst stock mixture where the boundary walls link dwellings built from the Thakenham red. Revised House type C1 front elevation to amend the small panel of render between bay windows to Cedral to match above the bay window.
