Erection of single storey orangery linked to existing garage, roof extensions, porch and window/door alterations

Proposed demolition of the existing conservatories to the side and rear, erection of single storey side extension, demolition of the existing concrete sectional garage and erect new garage (detached). New bow window to the front of the property and new doors installed in rear of the property. Walls to be rendered.

Erection of single garage on land owned by and to the rear of Mill House. At present there is a gravel parking space measuring 5 metres wide by 10 metres long. Materials used will be brick and tiled pitched roof made from the same materials as Mill House. No exterior lighting. One Roller shutter door fitted to the front. No exterior windows. Maximum ridge height 3.8 metres
