Retrospective application for a proposed gym room and shed

We would like permission for a wooden shed 18ft by 10ft on our front driveway, this is due to losing our garage which was our storage due to a disablement grant we had in 2019 to have a ground floor bedroom and wet room built for our disabled son. This is to store his wheel chair and various other equipment he uses (Retrospective application) (5.4m long by 3.6m wide by 2.4m high)
