Construction of an L-shaped rear dormer roof extension with raising of the roof ridge line by 400mm; installation of 3x rooflights to the front roofslope and alterations to the fenestration to the side elevation (infilling of existing windows and installation of a new window).

Extend the lower ground floor up to the existing external stair to create a garden room and extend into the roof space. The original rear wall of the property will be retained, along with the window and door opening in the wall. Replacement of metal balustrade with cast iron balustrade on the rear elevation. The existing non-original roof extension will be retained, with the flat portion slightly raised and slopes re-finished in natural slate with 5x traditional dormer windows. Minor alterations to the internal arrangements of the lower ground floor, first and second floors. Reintroduction of period features to the ground floor rooms.
