Replacement of existing uPVC windows with modern double glazed windows; rebuilding of entrance porch; construction of a single storey rear extension and a rear dormer roof extension; demolition of existing shed and the construction of a new garden shed.

Construction of a single storey rear extension with integrated canopy. Demolition of the existing shed and construction of a new shed building and bike store to the side. Facade alterations to replace the existing windows and cladding. Renovation of the existing porch/garage to include a new roof, cladding and glazing.
