Works to TPO trees: G1: A group of Ash, (Fraxinus excelsior) Cherry Laurel (Prunus laurocerasus), Privet and Ivy approximately 9m in height, located to the boundary adjacent to the gable end of no.1 Wickers Oake. An Oak tree (Quercus robur), has vegetation overhanging the retaining wall and is obstructing the roof and flue outlet. Works - Crown lift and laterally reduce the Ash and Oak back to suitable growth points to provide a minimum 3m clearance from the roof. Remove overhanging lower vegetation back to the boundary. T1: A Horse Chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum) approximately 20 m in height, overhanging the boundary of no.1 Wickers Oake. Works - An aerial inspection to note any significant structural defects. Remove dead wood overhanging 1 Wickers Oake.

Works to trees in a conservation area. T1. A Judas tree (Cercis) approximately 9m in height, situated in the front right-hand corner. Lightly thin by approximately 15% including the removal of any dead wood, lifting of low branches and the necessary shaping of the tree, ensuring the height and basic shape is retained. T2. A Holm Oak tree approximately 10m in height, situated in a central location on the front boundary. Low branches to be lifted or shortened back to convenient growth points. The crown should be thinned by approximately 20% including the removal of dead wood, and necessary re-shaping ensuring the height and basic shape is retained. T3. A Eucalyptus tree approximately 16m in height, situated close to the house on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden. Reduce in height by up to 5m and re-shape as necessary.

Works to trees in a Conservation Area: T1 - Self-sown triple stemmed Ash tree, approx 9m in height, very close to right hand boundary and growing through a prunus which we would like to preserve for its fruit. Works - Remove by felling at ground level T2 - Self-sown Ash tree similar in height, again very close to the boundary fence and the garden shed at the bottom of the garden. Roots pushing up paving, and potentially the foundation of the shed. Works - Remove and the stump either removed or poisoned.

Details of Condition 11 'Provision of Refuse Storage' pursuant to planning permission ref. no. 20/AP/2795: Extension and replacement of Junior and Lower School buildings, landscaping, tree works and new boundary treatment.

Works to trees in a Conservation Area: Mixed Species Hedging (H1) - To trim Mixed species hedging located along the right front hand boundary back to previous year's growth. Apple (T2) - To crown reduce and thin mature Apple tree located on the left-hand rear boundary by approximately 1.5m. All branches will be pruned to appropriate growth points. Bay Tree (T3) - To trim and reshape mature Bay tree located on the right-hand rear boundary back to previous years growth. Lime (T4, T5, T6) - To re-pollard 3x mature lime trees located in the rear garden to previous pollard points. Pear (T7) - To crown reduce mature Pear tree and remove major deadwood. The tree is showing signs of decline. All branches will be pruned to appropriate growth points. Box Elder (T8) - To crown reduce mature Box Elder to approximately 1.5m above previous pollard points. All branches will be pruned to appropriate growth points.

Tree works 5 day notification: Dead Sycamore T1 and dead Birch T2. Located within Dulwich Wood, to the boundary of the car park, opposite the entrance to The Fort scouts facility, and overhanging the Gun Site Allotments recycling area. Works: fell to 2m, stack arisings on site Reason: to abate an immediate hazard.
