Demolition of rear lean-to extension. Construction of a single-storey side and rear wraparound extension with 4no. pitched rooflights, and raising of one first-floor window sill on the side elevation.

Demolition of existing internal stairs with new and adjustments to the stair core on the fourth floor. Replacement of lift with new to extend to the fourth floor. Modern partitions replaced with new to create meeting rooms, toilets, risers, and storage areas. New floors and ceiling finishes. Internal openings in communal areas to be enlarged to accommodate new doors. Replacement of the doors to the rear elevation and removal of existing modern window and wall section on first floor for new door to fire escape stair. Secondary glazing to rear elevation windows and external loading doors. The first floor glass roof to be removed and replaced with a solid roof. Changes to the approved rear fire escape stair and landings including extension to the First floor. Replacement of pavement lights. First-floor terrace plant enclosure extended to accommodate new plant. Adjustments to terraces on the first floor and roof. Replacement of the roof access dormer, new skylights and warm roof build-up with like for like finish. Making good of the existing external lighting and addition of external lighting to entrance, fire escape and terraces.

Details of Condition 3 (Construction Method Statement) pursuant to planning permission 22/AP/3290 granted for: Construction of a single storey roof extension to provide 2 x studio units (Class C3a) involving replacement of the existing pitched roof with a brick parapet extension and a steeper, pitched slate roof with dormer windows.

Replacement of rear-facing single back door and rear window with a double back door. Newly fitted double door to be double glazed and in black aluminium/metal, in same style as Flat 2 above.

Installation of window opening to the rear elevation.

Conversion of ground floor rear integral garage into a habitable room. Installing two windows in the garage door.

Removal of existing timber single glazed windows to the front elevations and renew with white UPVC casements double glazed units. The front units will be of UPVC sliding sash.

Construction of side rear infill extension and reinstatement of rear sash windows.
