Conversion of three flats back to one single family dwelling; demolition of existing side extension and the construction of a single storey side infill extension; Construction of an L-shaped dormer roof extension to the rear with raising the ridge height by 0.35m, and the installation of 3x rooflights to the front roofslope.

Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) pursuant to planning permission 18/AP/3869 dated 11th April 2019 for 'Variation of Condition 2 'Approved Plans' pursuant to planning permission 17/AP/4450 for: (Conversion of existing 4 bed house into 2 x 2 bed houses; Demolition of existing single storey rear projections and construction of two storey rear extension incorporating an enclosed balcony area for both houses; Construction of rear dormer for both houses with one roof light to each front roof slope; Partial removal of front boundary wall; Provision of hard landscaping to front; Provision of two cycle spaces for each house.) to allow for (i) a full width two storey rear extension to both houses incorporating full width enclosed balconies above (ii) two additional roof lights to the flat roof of the proposed rear dormers (iii) retention of the first floor front middle window'. The amendment consists of the following: -Increase the gross internal area of the basement per dwelling by 24.5m2 -The previously approved dormer flat roofs to be replaced with sloping pitched roofs of 8-10 degrees.

The demolition of the existing rear addition and the construction of a single-storey side extension and an outrigger dormer extension; the replacement of the windows to the side and rear of the dwelling with timber framed double glazed units; and the addition of a Juliet balcony to the rear elevation, to replace the existing window.
