Details of proposed development REVISED SPECIFICATION: T1 and T2 Pear trees, Remove due to low amenity value. The trees are both in a poor state of heath and are heavily Ivy clad. They are pushing against the boundary fence and casting excessive shade. T3 Pear tree, Remove deadwood, crossing branches and sprouts. Routine Maintenance. T4. A Griselinia shrub approximately 6m in height, situated towards the bottom left-hand corner of the rear garden. Remove, Overgrown shrub. T5. A Laburnum tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated close to the front boundary. The tree is a little out of shape. Crown thin by 15% including the removal of dead wood and lifting of low branches to the left side, also a vertical stem growing through the main canopy should be removed at the trunk. T6. An Elder tree situated close to the house on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden. Remove and the roots grubbed out. T7. A Cherry tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary. The tree is a little dense and wide spreading. Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping. The height and basic shape should be retained. It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted. T8. A Cherry tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary towards the bottom of the rear garden. The tree is a little dense and wide spreading. Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping. The height and basic shape should be retained. It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.
