See attached plan - cut back protected trees at the side and rear of property by 2-3m as touching the house. This is advised by a tree surgeon. (on the plan the trees represented as a square are newly planted, not included in TPO or in this request to cut back) HAR/CA26, TPO 45W.

T1 and T2, Oak Trees at rear of property. Due to growth, the canopy of the trees extends to the house gutters and causes excessive shading. Trimming of secondary branches is therefor requested. A professional Tree Surgeon will be employed to do this. TPO 10E.

Oak T1 reduce crown by 2 to 3 meters to maintain size as growing too large near house. TPO 203W.

T1- removal of magnolia tree due to dying and dangerous branches. The work will take place on the 22nd august and the home owner will be replanting like for like. HAR/CA9. TPO 60E.
