Two Ash Trees adjacent to access road to Greenhill Farm, located in adjoining fields. Both trees suffering from die back but one in particular hollow in base of trunk. Aim is to reduce overhang to remove risk of damage but retain as much trees in landscape as practical. Trees to be regularly monitored / further pollarded as necessary. HAR/CA23, TPO 81E.

Extend hard surface (permeable asphalt) to allow for an extended play space and new multi-use sports area and install fencing, closed back goal mouths at either end creation of a swale and landscaping/tree planting.

Tree A - Silver Birch - removal of tree required as tree surgeon has confirmed that it is rotting from the top down due and will pose a danger if not removed. With young children, we do not want a fatality. HAR/CA21. Tree B (Fern) and Bush C (Holly) - we have recently received planning to extend the dwelling and as part of this work, we would like to landscape the garden. The fern and holly bush take up c.14 feet at the back of the garden and we are looking to remove these but replace them with new trees. The trees would be replaced with pleached holly trees (Nellie Stevens type). The fence is also rotten behind and will need replacing. The large Eucalyptus tree adjacent to the silver birch would remain but the crown reduced slightly as it is very high. A sketch idea of how the garden would look eventually is also included.

Tree group 1: mixed species along rear boundary of property, Hazel, Holly, Elder and dead hawthorn: Safely remove all trees in group and grind out remaining stumps in prep for landscaping and building of retaining wall. Trees are small and of little amenity value. HAR/CA34.

Remove 2 no. trees, widen drive entrance, lay new driveway and plant new landscape

T1-Conifer Fell root damage lifting driveway & disturbing wall, also interfering with with telegraph pole. planted in unsuitable location. T2-Small Holly fell unsuitable location in the way of fence line. T3-Cherry fell dead. T4-Small Conifer fell unsuitable location in the way of fence line. T5-Laurel fell unsuitable location in the way of fence line. T6-Holly Crown-lift approx 3-4 meters. Client landscaping garden & will be planting better specimens in better locations. HAR/CA26.

T1 Oak, located within the rear LH corner of the garden. The tree is asymmetrical and has been poorly pruned by a previous contractor, to a very poor standard. The tree offers no value to the immediate landscape and further pruning would not improve its shape or vigour. Sectional fell and re-plant with a more suitable specimen. HAR/CA15.

T1 1no. Cherry Front left hand side. Fell the small tree, implicated in drain blockage. T2 1no. Cherry Rear left hand side. Fell the tree damaging the low wall and drive area. T3 1no. Sycamore Rear. Self-seeded tree in the drainage ditch bottom. Fell and treat stump. T1 - an unattractive tree pruned back from the drive in the past, driveway damage and a nearby root blocked drain, we seek to fell this tree. T2 - another cherry of limited visual amenity, close to a fence and breaking up the hard landscaping (wall/patio). T3 - a sapling destined to cause trouble in the future as it grows and blocks the drain. HAR/CA29, TPO#: - 77W.

T1 & T2 Leyland Cypress. Fell due to excessive size leading to shading of garden and long-term safety concerns given the roadside location of both trees. The applicant would like to landscape the garden and the trees currently occupy a huge area of the borders. They intend to replace them with an improved planting scheme to reinstate the screening from the road, but without the excessive size and overhang of the current cypresses above the pavement. T3 - Juniper - Fell due to poor form having been overrun with ivy. HAR/CA29.
