Amendments to previously approved application S.17/0221/LBC. 1. Changes to internal layout to form 7 units rather than 8 units as previously proposed. 2. Changes to the layout of the previously approved new external metal stairs. 3. Extension of existing rear dormer (northwest corner). 4. Infilling existing windows in the rear extension on eastern elevation. 5. Alterations to window and door opening mainly to rear 1970s block. 6. Replacing existing uPVC windows with composite timber/aluminum windows and reinstating timber sliding sash windows in the original part of the building (ground floor and first floor). 7. Alterations to internal stairs and bulkhead with existing handrail moved to lower flight to be retained.
