Non Material Amendment pursuant to planning permission SU/16/0875 (relating to erection of first/second floor rear extension and associated alterations to facilitate conversion of first and second floor to provide 4 No. one bedroom flats with external stair access and roof terrace), to allow the provision of the rear extension, which would provide 2 No. one bedroom flats, and retain the upper floor of the existing building as 1 No. two bedroom flat (instead of converting into 2 No. one bedroom flats).

Conversion of existing flat to form 2no. 1 bedroom flats along with change of use to the ground floor, from office (class E) to residential (class C3) to form a 1 bedroom flat. All with associated external alterations and dormer extension works to the rear.
