A non-material amendment application pursuant to planning permission 18/0613 (granted on appeal) [relating to erection of 61 sheltered apartments with associated access, electric buggy/cycle store, refuse bin stores, landscaping and 61 parking spaces] to provide amendments to fenestration and design/external material elements (including balconies) and amendments to floor layout including units, communal lounge, fire escape stair, partioning of bin/buggy store and associated alterations.

Non Material Amendment pursuant to planning permission SU/16/0875 (relating to erection of first/second floor rear extension and associated alterations to facilitate conversion of first and second floor to provide 4 No. one bedroom flats with external stair access and roof terrace), to allow the provision of the rear extension, which would provide 2 No. one bedroom flats, and retain the upper floor of the existing building as 1 No. two bedroom flat (instead of converting into 2 No. one bedroom flats).

Conversion of existing flat to form 2no. 1 bedroom flats along with change of use to the ground floor, from office (class E) to residential (class C3) to form a 1 bedroom flat. All with associated external alterations and dormer extension works to the rear.

Application for non material amendment to condition 1 attached to hybrid permission 12/0546 dated 04 April 2014 (as amended) in relation to the conversion of the Headquarters Building into 15 apartments to allow for changes to the internal layout to provide 3 one bedroom, 10 two bedroom and 2 three bedroom apartments with associated alterations to the external appearance of the building, closure of north eastern access, alterations to site layout including car parking spaces, provision of electric vehicle charging points, relocation of refuse stores and landscaping.

A non-material amendment pursuant to planning permission SU/19/0296 [relating to an application under S73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary Condition 17 (slab level) of permission SU/17/0475 (erection of one 2 storey building (with accommodation in the roofspace) to comprise 4x2 bed and 2x1 bed flats with 3x4 terraced houses (with accommodation in the roofspace) with associated cycle and bin stores and parking following the demolition of existing dwelling)] to allow redesign and relocation of bin and cycle stores with enclosure (as a variation to Condition 9 of SU/19/0296); removal of flank balconies (and railing balustrades) to flatted block (Plots 1-6) and to replace door accesses to balconies with Juliet balconies; and reposition of doors in the flank elevations of the flatted block (Plots 1-6) with associated internal alterations and to seek a variation to Condition 15 of permisison SU/19/0296 to allow the insertion of clear glass to the top lights of the living room windows at first floor in the front elevation (Plots 1-6) (facing 36 London Road)

Listed Building Consent for the conversion of Queen Anne House from office (Class B1c) to residential (Class C3) comprising 5 no. flats (1x 3 Bed, 2x 2 Bed and 2x 1 Bed) with associated alterations comprising removal of existing rear canopy, signage and a/c units, new windows, flues and extraction outlets.
