Application for a minor material amendment and variation of condition 2 of permission 19/0031 (Application for the approval of reserved matters (scale, appearance and landscaping) pursuant to outline planning permission 18/0327 (248 dwellings with associated roads, footpaths, play areas, parking, open space and landscaping) to allow 26no. two-bedroom apartments to be amended to 15no. townhouses (6no. three-bedroom and 9no. four-bedroom) with associated parking and the relocation of the 11no. units as additional houses to the Northern Area.
