Non material amendment to approved application DM2020/01296 which allowed the 'Erection of a part one, part two storey rear extension at first and second floor level involving second floor roof terrace, formation of dormer extension at rear and rooflights to front roofslope to provide two self contained residential units with provision of cycle store and refuse store,' to allow for relocation of first floor entrance to provide a communal entrance door, alterations to first and second floor fenestration and alterations to Flat 1, Flat 2 and Flat 3 floor layout.

Non material amendment to approved application DM2021/02331 which allowed the 'Demolition of existing buildings and structures, erection of a 4 storey, two 6 storey and a part 6 part 8 storey buildings comprising 92 residential units, new pedestrian and vehicular access, amenity space, car and cycle parking, refuse storage, landscaping and public realm improvements' to allow 1) removal of arches, GRC cladding and replacement with architectural Blockwork to all blocks, 2) the addition of airbricks through the façade in either the brickwork or GRC to allow for the MVHR ventilation to all blocks, 3) fenestration alterations and addition of a glass balustrade to the roof terrace of block A, 4) increase in height of smoke shaft overrun to blocks B, C and D, 5) change of ivory colour to oyster white colour for metalwork & window/door frames of Blocks B and C, and 6) addition of louvered panels to transom of fixed window in entrance lobby of Block D.

Application to vary condition 1 (Approved Plans) and delete condition 11 (Noise Transmission) of planning permission Ref: DM2019/00243 for the 'Erection of an additional floor at roof level, incorporating a mansard roof, dormer extensions to the front and rear and roof lights to provide 6 residential units, demolition of existing detached outbuilding and extension of existing detached car port to provide cycle and refuse stores' to allow the removal of condition 11 and to amend elevation plan to show vents and flues.
