Proposed Loft extension, creating flat roof dormer to rear of the dwelling, increased size to be no more than 50 cubic meters. The addition of rooflights at the front of the house will not protrude more than 0.15m beyond the existing roof plane. Proposed Porch not exceeding 3 square meters or 3m in height. Proposed chimney to new side extension, height not to exceed ridge height of original dwelling.
