Replant with small/fastigate tree slightly away from boundary. T5 to T8 are small trees which may not require consent but are shown on plan for avoidance of doubt. T7 (Irish yew) is in poor condition. T5-T8 to be removed to allow for replanting of garden. In all, it is intended to plant around 30 new trees in the garden, with native and other appropriate species, particularly around the swimming pool area (indicative plan of new trees shown with "+" signs on attached masterplan; species and positions to be confirmed).

The trees would be replaced by native species in a more suitable position to enable wild live friendly planting.
