Revised description - All Trees within G.2 of TPO/249, Trees grouped within G.2, from G.1-G.3 and T1 T.1 - Sycamore within rear group overhanging garden shed - raise 1 lowest limb back to main stem union G.1 - single sycamore on right hand side - reduce crown by 2.5-3m and shape. G.2 - 2x sycamore overhanging garden summer house - reduce crown by 2.5-3m and shape. G.3 - 1x sycamore overhanging garden side - reduce crown by 2.5m and shape. To include 1 x fire damaged sycamore - to be removed to ground level.

T1. Eucalyptus - Crown Reduction Works Specification to include a height reduction of 2m and spread by 2m, cutting back to strong suitable secondary growth. Shape and balance. New shape indicated in red on image.

Fell tree that has outgrown its location and is contributing to excessive shading to be replaced with Rowan (Sorbus Aucuparia).

T1 Beech tree near kitchen, give clearance from building (2-3m)

Group of lime trees overhanging neighbours garden- some trees overhang more than others. Look to reduce back to fence where possible without pollarding limbs. Reduce major overhang by 3-4 metres in line with BS3998- Recommendations for tree work.

T1 Reduction on Maple by 20% 1.5-2m, thin and prune out any reversion, as encroaching on garden. T2 Reduction of large Yew tree by 30% 3.4-4.5m (possible TPO),thin lift canopy up by 3m and deadwood, due to size encroaching on surrounded trees and garden. T3 Fell Cedar tree, due to wrong aspects and will get over-sized for the area.

1 Rowan evidence of disease, cracks in main trunk of tree, many dead branches. To be removed from garden and replaced with new flowering tree. 1 Unknown tree, in very poor condition, main trunk cracked, branches overhanging next property to be removed from garden.

Group TPO list for The Grange - TPO281 T2 - Horse Chestnut (marked as 30 on the tree for internal reference for The Grange) - Removal to ground level or Monolith at crown break. Tree has previously been reduced to compensate for significant decay on the scaffolds. These have still part failed and there is significant die back on the limbs. Risk of damage if it was to fail over carpark - FELL OR MONOLITH AT CROWN BREAK T11 - Beech tree (marked as 57 on the tree for internal reference for The Grange) - There is Kretzschmaria deist at the base, stem decayed above and part failed, there is also significant cavities. If tree fails there is a risk of damage to property - REMOVAL TO GROUND LEVEL T51 - Horse chestnut (marked as 264 on the tree for internal reference for The Grange) - There is signifiant stem decay and dieback from the lateral limbs, also a bacterial canker, this has been reduced to compensate but has accelerated the decay. Significant rot in the base and right in between the 2 building, would cause significant damage if it failed in any direction - REMOVAL TO GROUND LEVEL T98 - Horse chestnut (marked as 126 on the tree for internal reference for The Grange) - There is significant stem decay, large cavity at old wounds on the west side, chicken of the woods fungas at 1 metres, this tree has been topped to compensate in the past but has regrown, there is a Fisk of failure to cars and people in the car park - REDUCE TO OLD CUTS (4 METRES FINAL HEIGHT) G1 - Lime - (marked as 116 on the tree for internal reference for The Grange) - There is significant deadwood in the canopy from 8m upwards, with significant dieback. There is a risk of failure onto cars. - REDUCE TO 8M AND SHAPE
