Variation of condition 2 (approved plans/documents) of application reference 22/00582/FUL condition 5 (obscure glazing) of application reference 22/00582/FUL to allow increase in height to eaves level of principal dwelling, erection of two storey rear extension in place of approved single storey rear element, installation of 2 no. rooflights on approved single storey side lean-to element, erection of enclosed porch in place of approved canopy, and amendments to approved building materials and fenestration.

Remove existing rear conservatory and erection of a single storey rear extension, installation of a rear dormer window and replacement of flat roof between garage and dwelling.
