Submission of plans and specifications for building works and other construction works under Paragraphs 2 (Building Works) and 3 (other construction works) of Schedule 17 to the High Speed Rail (London-West Midlands) Act 2017. Development comprises the permanent retention of three existing buildings (Distribution Network Operator substations - DNO), earthworks (including new earthworks and alterations to those consented under 21/0320/HS2 to realign drainage ditches and relocate attenuation basin), fences and walls (including new, and alterations to those consented under 21/0320/HS2) , and artificial lighting equipment.
