1 x London Plane (applicants ref. T1) - Pollard; 2 x Beech, 1 x Birch, 3 x Alder, 1 x Hazel and 1 x Holm Oak (applicants ref. T2-T9) - Lop to approximately 3M above 3M fence (to a height of approximately 6M). All Standing in Woodland W1 of Tree Preservation Order

Large Conifer in front garden of 82 Quarry Hill Road, Tonbridge to be felled. Tree is up against no 81's fence and is damaging the driveway at no. 81. The roots are pushing up the block paving therefore it needs to be removed

T1 - English oak -Crown lift from ground to 4 meters (tree approximately 20 meters). Raise canopy over car park and driveway to allow access to the driveway. G1 - Various height to remove entire row of 15 Hazel (fell and grind) to clear footpath for fence to be installed. T2 - 6 x Lawson Cypress - (8 meters) to fell to ground level and grind remove from boundary line to be replaced by new fence. T3 - 2 x Hornbeam (15 meters) to fell to ground level and grind to be removed due to location against boundary line. All Standing in Woodland W6 of Tree Preservation Order.

T1 Portuguese Laurel - fell to ground level to allow more light to the garden; T2 Magnolia tree - all over reduction of 25% to allow more light into the garden; T3 Lawson Cypress - overhanging onto the garage roof, cut back to fence line

Fatsia Japonica shrub/tree (Applicants ref.1)- Reduce height and thin out to just above fence level and continue to provide regular maintenance, Group of Bay Trees (Applicants ref 2) on boundary between 30 and 32 Town Hill- Remove, Holly (Applicants ref 3)- Reduce height by 50%, Cob Tree (Applicants ref 4)- Remove, self sown and embedded in established Pyracantha bush, Eucalyptus tree (Applicants ref 5) at bottom of garden to be coppiced down to allow fresh new growth to emerge, Buddleia shrub/tree (Applicants ref 6) to be pruned back to maintain shape and promote fresh growth

1 x Hawthorn (applicants ref. T1) - Cut back from house (39 Woodbury Road) by 2M; 1 x Hawthorn (applicants ref. T2)- Cut back from fence line of 39 Woodbury Road by 2M; Group of 4 x Sweet Chestnut (applicants ref. T3) - Coppice stems; 1 x Oak (applicants ref. T4) - Cut back branches overhanging garden of 39 Woodbury Road by 2M. All standing in Woodland W6 of Tree Preservation Order.

Reason for works: Good aboricultural practice managing the trees in proportion with their surroundings maximising amenity value. Some of the work listed is management of neglected hedges etc in the front garden above the house: T1 - Yew, 1m shorten laterally and reduce height to match, T2 - split Conifer, fell and stump grind, T3 - Golden Conifer In front of house towards drive, trim growth from faces and reduce height by a metre, T4 - Reduce crown of Cherry by appx 6 metres to suitable growth points, T5 - Cherry downhill along fence-line from driveway in front garden, reduce to previous points shortening by appx 6metres beyond this, T6 Holly: reduce by appx 4metres to height of elder in front and fell elder Lower garden working along the boundary. T7 - reduce large Laurels down to the height of the Cob Nuts (3m), T8 in front and then halve the height of the cobnuts (to 1.5m), also removing the dead Laurel, T11 top of garden, along from studio, reduce Cobs by half (to 1.5m) T12 Mulberry- Gentle reduction of a appx 1-2metre of lateral spread, to tighten shape, crown clean and gently lift and also remove any deadwood front garage: T14 - Yew adjacent, reduce crown shortening by up to two metres, Cob Nut alongside, reduce height fifty percent (to1.5m) and cut back from garage T15 Holly, reduce laterally to give a foot clearance away from the garage and trim height, continue this along the drive side Holly hedging

Conifer tree in front garden, fell- tree has grown too large for the space and has grown over next doors fence and garden
