Demolition of existing rear conservatory and detached outbuilding and erection of a full-width, 4m deep single storey rear and side extension; replacement pitched roof to allow for the formation of rooms in the roofspace to include 2 No. dormer windows in the rear roof elevation, 2 No. windows in the rear roof elevation and 2 No. dormer windows in the front roof elevation; realignment of front door; replacement 2m high front boundary enclosure and new splayed entrance and gates; and conversion of integral garage to habitable room
