Application for variation of condition 2 on planning permission 90469/FUL/17 (Erection of a two storey detached house and associated landscaping and parking with new vehicular access from Meadow Way.). To amend the plans to bring out the front entrance to meet the external wall, removal of the parapet wall and the chimney breast has been moved to the external wall, also minor changes to windows and doors including change to design of front door and alterations to size and positioning of roof lights.
