Non-material amendment to application 20/02011/FUL, dated 11.02.21 (for Proposed rear dormers to create loft conversion with extra bedroom and ensuite space along with small side windows obscure glazed and air conditioning unit to rear of dwelling) to permit the change from white to grey UPVC dormer windows, a reduction in size to the dormers and alterations to openings to rear (retrospective).
