Variation of condition 17 (Delivery Hours) of approved application 15/02017/FUL dated 25 November 2015 [which granted full permission for the construction of a foodstore (Use Class A1) and a retail unit with adjoining garden centre (Use Class A1) with associated access alterations, car parking, servicing, lighting, boundary treatments and landscaping, and modification of vehicular access from Priory Road to serve land to rear of 76-108 Priory Road] to extend delivery hours for the food store to between 07:00 and 22:30 Monday to Saturday and 08:00 and 18:00 on Sundays

Application to vary conditions 2 (Plans List), 13 (Boundary Treatments), 15 (Landscaping), 22 (Foul & Surface Water), 23 (Surface Run Off) and 24 (Surface Water Flowrate), of application 18/00304/S7301 (dated 7th November 2019) to reflect technical changes which have arisen during construction.
