Alterations to the shop front

Retention of internal alterations associated with change of use of the ground floor from a bridal shop to a beauty salon (laser beauty clinic)

Details required by Condition 3 (Landscaping) of Planning Permission 22/01545 for Variation (under Section 73A) of Condition 4 (Slab Levels); Condition 6 (Refuse and Recycle Provision); Condition 7 (Cycle Parking) and Condition 12 (Approved Plans) to substitute those plans approved under 21/01616/FULL for the change of use and extension to the upper floors from ancillary retail use to form 8 apartments, alteration and extension of the ground floor retail unit with roof terrace over, alteration and extension of first and second floor, and construction of a block of 18 apartments with new pedestrian access with amended plans.

Details required by Condition 49 (Landscaping) of planning permission 12/02771/FULL for the redevelopment to provide a mixed use scheme comprising 80 apartments in two blocks and change of use of upper floors of 3 High Street. Plus 468 sqm of restaurant space (class A3), 167 sqm retail space (class A1), alterations and re-cladding of Copthall House including the erection of an additional storey, alterations to access, basement parking and landscaping works, alterations to vehicular access, basement car parking, landscaping works.

Change of use from Class B2 to Class E to accommodate retail premises and ancillary dog grooming salon and to Sui Generis to accommodate a veterinary practice. Replacement, re-positioning and removal of external windows and doors, updated car park layout, cycle and refuse storage and alterations external finishes to the front facade.

Consent for internal alterations and change of use to the ground floor to accommodate a food shop and bubble tea take away.

Change of use of redundant forecourt retail unit to a hot food takeaway and external alterations to the building.

Alterations to the existing shop front comprising of the removal of the ground floor shop front and entrance to Unit 22 and replace it with a new glazed shop front to create an enlarged unit by joining Units 21 and 22 together with new signage.

Variation (under Section 73a) of Condition 7 (approved plans) to substitute those plans approved under 21/00049 for the Part change of use from retail to residential, x1 new door to the ground floor front elevation, two storey rear extension (first and second floors) with x1 second floor balcony, raising of the central flat roof over the retail area with new roof lanterns, new balcony to the first floor rear elevation, alterations to fenestration, associated residential bin enclosure and bike storage with rear service yard enclosure and x1 parking space and new rear boundary treatment to create x7 flats. with amended plans.

Consent for the painting of windows, doors and shop front, new rear external vent, new signage and internal alterations.
