Single storey rear extension following demolition of existing conservatory, raised patio in rear garden, removal of chimney stacks, erection of rear dormer and rear roof light, x3 rooflights on front elevation, conversion of garage to habitable space, alteration to front porch, render existing ground floor elevations and replace windows with grey coloured frames (retrospective)

Erection of a part single and part two storey rear extension following the demolition of existing rear conservatory. Alterations to the main roof to include a rear dormer and 2no. rooflights to the rear and 3no. rooflights to the front to facilitate the conversion of the loft into habitable accommodation.
