Erection of a 1.8m high fence panel topped with 0.3m high trellis to rear side boundary (Retrospective Application)

Submission of boundary fencing details pursuant to Condition 6 of permission 20/00582/RET. Retrospective planning permission is sought for the over-boarding of existing paved area to the rear of the pub in timber decking, with an increase in height of the area by approximately 250mm. Increase the area of the patio/decking from approximately 80m2 to 91m2 together with provision of handrails, posts and balustrading to the deck and steps down onto existing concrete steps and side lawn. Demolition of the existing open-sided smoking shelter and formation of a new open-sided smoking shelter on deck. Erection of an open-sided shelter to rear of the pub garden and erection of a temporary pergola over an existing paved area within the pub garden. Provision of fencing and a gate between car park and with a extension to the existing ramp from the car park area into the garden. Provision of festoon lighting to the pergola and an existing tree.

Rebuild front boundary wall including additional pillar to match existing, installation of metal frame/ timber slatted fence panels and replacement gates (metal frame/ timber slats) and removal of poplar tree (retrospective application)
