Prior Notification (Householder) - The proposed work is for a single-storey extension, removing the existing conservatory, to add 2 additional bedrooms. Approximate size of the extension is 8.17 meters x 5.8 meters. The extension will have a Hip style roof to ensure minimum impact on light reduction to the neighbouring properties, the height of the extension does not exceed the current height of the main property. In addition to this work, the current porch will also be renovated, to include new roof, windows, door and fully insulate it.

Prior Notification (Householder) - The extension will provide a needed snug and utility space, as well as a downstairs WC. The elevations will be rendered to match the existing house and will have a parapet detail to hide the EPDM roof. A contrast stone capping will finish the top face. Sliding doors will give access to the garden, while modern slot windows will allow light into the bathroom.
