Front: T1 Weeping beech by drive : Small tree of little significance, located too close to drive way entrance and is continually being hit by vehicles. Approx. 120mm diameter. Fell to ground level. T2 Yew on front boundary: Historically reduced to form a compact crown. Reduce/trim to maintain previous reduction dimensions and maintain within its surroundings. T3 Lawson cypress in front garden: Historically topped out many times and as a consequence has become extremely wide and has little in the way of management options. The clients wish to renovate the front garden area and are keen to replant with a more suitable native species which will better fit the confines of the space. Fell to ground level (including adjacent shrubs which are not TPO), grind stump and remove all arisings. Rear/side: T4 Weeping beech between sheds : Tree has little significance approx. 150mm diameter. This tree is in a very restricted location and the clients are happy and willing to replant an alternative species in a more suitable location. Fell to ground level and grind stump.

Details required for Condition 5 (Arboricultural Method Statement and Tree Protection Plan) of planning permission 21/01897/HOU (Erection of single storey side/rear extension and internal renovation)

1) Retention of the existing outbuilding for domestic purposes including the parking of machinery/implements for the maintenance of the adjacent paddock; garaging and workshop for the maintenance/renovation of my classic car; and general domestic storage. 2) Retention of the paddock for domestic purposes including orchard trees; raised vegetable beds; glass house; parking of trailers/caravan/motorhome; siting of childrens play equipment; general childrens play and domestic enjoyment.

T1 GOAT WILLOW. Pollard to remove all sprouts from cut ends of branches to maintain size and appearance. Pollard 1m below old previous pollarded points. SH2 MOCK ORANGE. Renovate shrub by removing approximately 50% of stems. T3 CHERRY. Crown thin by 10%. Reduce crown height and spread by approximately 2-3m.

Renovation and professional redesign of garden bordering Macclesfield canal. 2 x conifer of approx 2m high of low amentiy value to be removed and to be replaced by a Birch which will be more in keeping with the renovation of the whole area. Other (native) trees may be considered but due to overgrown and dense shrubbery we are unable to determine this until we can see the amount of space available.
