Renovation works to the existing dwelling, including removal of internal partition walls, relocation of existing modern staircase and replacement of existing windows.

Details of Condition 4. Tree protection as required by planning permission 22/AP/2987 dated 25/11/2022 for construction of a single storey rear extension with integrated canopy. Demolition of the existing shed and construction of a new shed building and bike store to the side. Facade alterations to replace the existing windows and cladding.
