Demolition of existing side porch and garage and erection of a two storey 3 bedroom end of terrace dwelling with accommodation in the roofspace incorporating a rear dormer and front rooflights, new front porch to No. 54 and matching porch to proposed dwelling, rear dormer and front facing rooflights to existing dwelling and associated site alterations including boundary fencing, driveway parking, vehicular access to driveway, cycle/bin storage and sub division of the site curtilage

Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to carry out development without compliance with Condition 1 (Approved Plans) of Planning Permission ref: 21/03750/FUL (Demolition of existing house and erection of three storey dwellinghouse (including accommodation in roofspace) and erection of new boundary fencing to left hand side and installation of new entrance gate) dated 26/01/2022. Variation to consist of the following changes by removing single storey room at rear, amendments to roof form of two storey front extension and alterations to the pitch of the main roof slope, including increasing the width of the rear dormer window and scale of the front dormer windows, alteration to window scale and detailing, adding obscure glazed windows to the side elevations, and materials to front and rear elevations; replacing the front side boundary on the right hand side; and addition of solar panels, and air-conditioning units relocated at high level towards the rear of the house.

Replacement of the external escape/maintenance staircase with new enclosed escape staircase and provision of new secure mesh boundary fence to be installed along the existing timber fence, and Internally - Change of use at first floor of the existing Mental Health Unit, from outpatient clinic and offices to wards with sleeping accommodation (Class C2A Secure Residential Institution), internal alterations and refurbishment to create a ward for 8 patients, including building services alterations.

Internal and minor external alterations to an existing vacant care home to provide enhanced care home facilities over two existing levels, comprising administration areas, 2no. new 2 bedroomed assisted residential apartments, ancillary accommodation and 24 bedrooms all within the existing building in addition to the existing 7no. assisted care home apartments at ground floor. Addition of new surface carparking spaces, bin store, cycle shelter and smoking shelter, new boundary fencing and improvements to the existing landscape provision and associated works (Part retrospective)

Change of use from caretakers accommodation (Class C3) to educational unit (Class F1(a)) ancillary to the main school, involving single storey rear and side extensions, together with alterations to boundary fencing, step free access and new pedestrian entrance from Bullsmoor Lane.

Variation of condition 2 of application 21/00645/HHA (Garage conversion to habitable accommodation. Two storey rear extension and single storey rear extension to include roof lantern. Alteration to fenestration) to allow changes to the land levels to the rear to create a patio area with access steps to the side and rear, boundary fencing, changes in height of the single storey rear extension, and alterations to the fenestration from dark grey windows and doors to white aluminum (part retrospective).
