Section 73 - Application for Minor Material Amendment to approved plans condition 2 (to allow relocation of the footpath and increased landscaping along the boundary of Plot 1 and Scocles Court) and variation of condition 28 (No dwelling shall be occupied prior to the completion of off-site footway) pursuant to 19/504831/FULL for - Redevelopment of the site for the erection of 11 dwellings, to include the demolition of the existing agricultural buildings (except the Threshing Barn), and dismantling, relocation, rebuilding and conversion of the Threshing Barn to residential use, with associated parking barns, parking, repairs to boundary wall with Scocles Court Manor, landscaping, access road and alterations to existing vehicular access.

Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) changes include alterations of internal plan layout and external changes pursuant to planning application 2022/0546 Class Q application: prior notification of change of use of agricultural building to a dwelling, with associated operational development.

Variation of Condition 2 of application 22/00188/FUL (Demolition of buildings and conversion of former farm buildings to form 4 dwelling houses) to allow for alterations to Barn D to the external fenestration, internal layout, the addition of external lighting, alarms, CCTV and grilles, and submission of details of bat boxes, landscaping, materials and contamination.

Variation of condition 2 (approved drawings) of planning permission 21/02905/FUL - Full planning application for the conversion of barn for residential purposes, two storey rear extension to the existing farmhouse, a single storey side extension/connection between the farmhouse and barn conversion and alterations to existing buildings at Dairy Farm; to allow demolition of fold yard roof and erection of replacement building to serve games room and store.

Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission PF/22/0338 (Alterations to dwelling house and associated external works; conversion and extension of East Stable to habitable accommodation; conversion of North Range to habitable accommodation including replacement of roof structure; construction of detached garage to north-east of house; widening of southern entrance gateway and formation of new parking and turning area on west side of Church Farm; erection of boundary walls and railings) to allow amendments to the approved plans as listed in the accompanying variation of conditions statement dated 26 June 2023

Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission PF/17/0068 (Conversion of agricultural building to a dwellinghouse and change of use of agricultural land to residential curtilage) to allow design alterations including infilling of west elevation to create additional internal living space, alterations to fenestration and addition of porch canopy on east elevation

Variation of condition 7 to change the wording at the begining of the condition from "The works shall not in any circumstances commence..." to "Works to the building shall not commence unless..." pursuant to 20/01533/FUL. Change of use of barns and associated land from agricultural to wedding venue, with associated vehicular access, car parking, landscaping; open roof canopy to the side; two free standing pergolas to the rear and installation of a ground source heat pump (consisting alterations to previously approved scheme 18/00627/FUL).

Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of approved application 21/02003/FUL granted 01.12.2021 for: Conversion of agricultural barn into 1 x 2 bedroom bungalow. Variation would allow Increase in size of plant room and bin store & alteration to front facade.
