Application for a Minor Material Amendment (S73a) to vary condition 2 (approved drawings) and condition 5 (refuse and recycling storage) of planning permission ref: 177450FUL dated 16/10/2019 for: Conversion of dwellinghouse into nine self-contained residential units (5x one bed and 4x two bed); single storey side extension, part single, part three storey rear extensions, rear dormer roof extension, installation of rooflights to side and rear roofslopes; associated alterations to the fenestration on all elevations; front boundary treatment and provision of car parking spaces, cycle, refuse/recycling storage and amenity space. Amendment seeks alterations to approved driveway arrangement to provide more parking space; and changes to front landscaping, and location of refuse storage
