Demolition of existing bungalow and erection of a terrace of 3 houses together with new access, on-site parking, associated landscaping and private amenity (variation of condition 2 (approved drawings) of DA/16/01078/FUL (granted on appeal) in respect of amendment to show the parapet gutter to the boundary with 42 Priory Hill, and correction of elevation drawing 19b to match approved plans (retrospective).
