The tree is 3rd along from the front boundary of 12 Sackville Street/1 The Spinney (4 trees in total). I have highlighted through photographs the area that needs cutting back. The tree is a horse chestnut that has one part that is overhanging the property of 12 Sackville Street and has caused damage to the conservatory roof by way of falling conkers. The conservatory roof needs replacing but before this is done we need to take back the branch that is overhanging and causing the problem.

Demolition of existing rear conservatory and erection of rear extension. Demolition of two outbuildings in rear garden and erection of garden shed. Reinstatement of front garden including boundary treatment, paths and railings. Removal of car parking space in front garden. Installation of three rooflights to rear main roof following removal of existing. Removal of one tree to rear garden (T2) and landscaping and planting to rear and front garden. Yew 2 no. trees on western boundary, adjacent to conservatory - Reduce crowns by approximately 1m and trim climbing plants, removing from upper crowns of both trees. T2 Dogwood on eastern boundary of rear garden, adjacent to outbuilding - Prune western side of crown by approximately 1m. reducing to appropriate side branches and providing a minimum of 1m clearance from wall and roof of building. T3 Sycamore on northern boundary, adjacent to lawn - Reduce crown by approximately 2m, leaving a balanced shape. T4 Small English Oak to east of Sycamore - Lightly reduce crown by approximately 1m, to tidy crown form. T5 English Oak adjacent to Sycamore (item 3), to west - Reduce southern side of crown overhanging lawn by 1.5-2m, cutting to appropriate side branches and growth points. Lightly reduce top by approximately 1m, to balance shape. T6 Scots Pine to north of driveway - Remove small, lowest branch hanging down above Holm Oak - Reduce southern side of crown by 1-1.5m, taking care to cut to appropriate growth points/side branches. Lightly reduce top, to balance shape. T7 Beech - Prune small, lower eastern branch protruding from canopy back into line with other branches.

1 - Remove epicormic regrowth from trunk of one English Oak (Quercus robor) up to canopy break at 7m to clear garage. This work is historic. 2 - Prune back neighbours Hazel, Laurel, Sweet Chestnut and Douglas fir to the boundary fence and up to 8m and clear roof and conservatory by 3m. Lift low branches to 4m from ground level from one small Copper Beech and small multi stemmed Holm Oaks near clients hot tub. 3a - Fell to 100mm above ground level one Laurel leaning into garden at base of the mature Copper Beech (Fagus sylvatica 'Atropurpurea). 3b - Carefully remove as much root bole as possible, without causing damage to surrounding objects tree roots etc, by stump grinding to a depth of 150mm below ground level, no lateral roots will be removed unless specified. 4a - Fell to 100mm above ground level one Mountain Ash (Sorbus aucuparia) in front of children's play equipment to allow the area to be redeveloped. 4b - Remove as much root bole as possible, without causing damage to surrounding objects by stump grinding to a depth of 200mm below ground level, no lateral roots will be removed unless specified, all grindings to be left on site. Trees in 2) located in neighbours property - Tinkers Furze, Gough Road, Fleet, Hants. GU51 4LL

Erection of a front and rear roof extension; erection of a single storey rear extension, to the side and rear of existing back addition following the demolition of existing conservatory; installation of a new window to replace existing to the rear elevation at second floor level; installation of a new window to replace existing to the side elevation at first floor level; infilling of a window to the side elevation at first floor level; installation of a new door and windows to replace existing, to the front elevation at first floor level; installation of a new main front entrance door to replace existing; alterations to the front boundary wall to include erection of painted brickwork and iron railings on top; excavation of front garden and part of rear garden to form lightwells, in connection with the enlargement of the existing basement; removal of trees T3 and T4 in the rear garden.

Chestnut (T2)- Reduce canopy spread to fence boundary. Canopy spread is large and conkers dropping from the branches have caused damage to conservatory roof (photos attached). Also crack to garage floor which is believed to be from roots of trees. Sycamore (T1) - Reduce canopy spread to fence boundary. Overhanging drive.

Replacement of existing rear UPVC conservatory and brick lean-to single story ancillary building and outbuilding with Single storey rear extension and associated landscaping. Removal of small trees and shrubs to rear garden area. Demolition and re build of front boundary wall. Insertion of new traditional brick faced dormer to north east (rear) facing roof slope.
