Retrospective application for changes to the approved scheme for the front 2 x flats, approved under planning reference 21/P/3024/FUL (Conversion of commercial property to residential use with creation of 4no. self-contained flats. Works to include removal of courtyard roof; demolition of single storey extension and two storey stone building; erection of two storey rear extension) to include changes to the frontage by removal of a front canopy, changes to the parking arrangement, changes to the rear external wall finishes, provision of an additional rear extension to the ground floor flat, changes to the window arrangements at the rear,adjustment of the cycle store location for the ground floor flat, provision of a raised rear plinth with boundary fence and re-building of the demolished side boundary wall at the rear West corner in natural stone.

Regularise development carried out in accordance with permission 18/0727/S73 due to completion of development prior to discharge of conditions 3, 4, 6, 7, 9 and 18 comprising: Demolition of existing building and erection of new three storey building to create 4no. self contained flats, including lower ground floor level and rooms in roof space. This includes associated landscaping and boundary treatment changes, and the provision of refuse/recycling facilities and 4no. off-street parking spaces. (Retrospective Application).

Retrospective application for the erection of a part one part two storey rear extension at ground and first floor levels, following the demolition of the existing two storey rear outrigger extension at ground and first floor level and the existing single-storey outbuilding; replacement of concrete roof tiles with slate tiles to main roof; alterations to the roof of ground floor back addition and raised parapet with sandstone coping finish; and proposed alterations to the front boundary wall with the installation of a new metal gate and the rebuilding of the wall and pillars with metal railings on top.
