Retrospective planning application for the erection of a boundary fence measuring between 2m- 2.5m and planting of 5 no. pleached trees (Amended Description)

Demolition of existing conservatory and construction of replacement dining / garden room. Internal and external alterations consisting of blocking door, creation of new rear door and insertion of rooflight. Removal of eastern boundary hedge and erection of timber fence. Installation of timber trellis atop the existing southern boundary fence. Removal of existing tree.

Non-material amendment of planning permission PF/21/1911 (6 no. two-bedroom apartments; alterations to existing access on Overstrand Road; erection of car ports, cycle store, bin store and retaining walls; formation of shared and private amenity spaces and car park; the removal of, and works to, trees; landscaping (including new tree planting); associated works) for the redesign and relocation of bin store and cycle store, removal of car port, use of brick weave paving for car park and drive way, reconfiguration of car park and driveway, widening of the path to the east and south of the building , provision of a path between the driveway and the eastern boundary, changes to shared amenity space, extension and redesign of retaining wall, inclusion of fences and gates to access amenity space for Flat 1 and Flat 4 and changes to windows and doors on Elevation 3 and 5

Application to discharge condition 5 (tree protection) attached to planning permission 23/0063/HOUS - Installation of 1m high brick wall and timber gate; installation of 1.2m high post and rail fence to eastern boundary and 1m high post and rail fence to south boundary; erection of timber garage; and, erection of timber outbuilding with solar panels to the roof.

Holly (T1) (self-seeded in last c15 years) - fell because on boundary where we wish to continue erection of replacement garden fence.

Remedial works to boundary, including demolition of remaining wall and erection of boundary party fence. The proposed works comprise of: a) The demolition of the existing brick wall. b) Removal of existing tree roots. c) Construction of new reinforced concrete foundation to finish flush with neighbours ground level. d) Construction of new dwarf brick wall to match height of foundation. e) Installation of new timber fence.

Proposed erection of a single storey front extension and internal alterations. Removal of trees around the front/rear boundary and erection of a replacement 2m high fence.

Details pursuant to ref: 19/02097/FUL: Tree Protection Plan and an Arboricultural Method Statement (17), for the demolition of all buildings on site (Parcel C) and erection of a single storey secondary school (184 pupils) for use for a temporary period of 1 academic year (Sept 2020- Sept 2021), together with boundary fencing, new vehicular access from Hunters Way, associated areas of hard standing for vehicle parking and play space, together with other ancillary works.

Erection of a single storey detached garage to include external steps to front, installation of window and door within rear elevation, demolition of existing double garage, erection of 1.8 metre high boundary fence and the felling of 1no Conifer tree.

Details pursuant to ref: 21/04784/FUL: replacement tree planting (4), for the demolition of existing premises house and 2 Nos. detached outbuildings, to provide an extended open recreational area, a new bike shelter, together with erection of front and side boundary fence with gate.
