Tree is oversized for location close to domestic dwellings and overhanging telecommunications line. Tree located to rear side boundary.

Eucalyptus tree located against boundary wall on West Hill Lane - fell tree removing it from site. Replace with two Native trees (Oak and Linen tree) in locations to be confirmed within the Boundary of the Property. Reason - protection of historic Cob wall and to save adjacent native trees currently being killed by the Eucalyptus and the canopy of the tree has put telecoms lines under threat
