Submission of Ground and Airborne Building Vibration from Road Traffic, Industrial/Commercial Uses pursuant to Condition 19 of planning permission ref: 222341FUL dated 09/02/2023 for: Development to provide a total of 326 self-contained residential units comprising; phased construction of seven blocks of flats (ranging from two to six-storeys); two two-storey detached dwellinghouses (following demolition of existing gatehouse); and a terrace of two-storey dwellinghouses in the grounds of Twyford Abbey (all Use Class C3); conversion of Twyford Abbey (Grade II Listed) into flats (Use Class C3) and provision of residents lounge; demolition of workshop attached to the Grade II listed walled garden and replacement with a single storey dwellinghouse (Use Class C3); facilitated by repair; refurbishment; infill and rooftop extensions; demolition of post-war extensions and other pre-war structures within grounds, excluding the cottage; retention and repair of the Grade II listed walled garden and attached cottage to provide ancillary facilities management accommodation and residents facilities; comprehensive landscaping works including removal and works to trees and groups of trees protected by a Tree Preservation Order; provision of permissive publicly accessible open space and grow gardens; provision of gated cycle and pedestrian access onto North Circular (A406) and new access onto Twyford Abbey Road; provision of hardstanding parking areas; ecological enhancement works; and other associated constructions works including installation of boundary treatment

1) Outline permission for a new business park comprising office space (Class B1), warehouse and industrial space (Class B2 and B8), mixed employment space (Class B1/B2/B8), a hotel (Class C1), cafe space (Class A3); energy centre (sui generis), internal access roads; car parking, landscaping and associated works including earthworks, utility diversions, sustainable drainage systems, tree removal and tree protection; and relocation of the airport car hire centre. 2) Full permission for the construction of a 2km Century Park Access Road incorporating a new junction on the A1081, alterations to the existing Airport Way roundabout, alterations to Frank Lester Way, a newly created access from Eaton Green Road, a new roundabout providing access into the business park, demolition of buildings, provision of replacement car parking (temporary and permanent), associated earthworks, landscaping, surface water drainage and utilities diversions; the creation of new public open space including footpaths, landscaping and ecological mitigation; extension and alterations to Wigmore pavilion building to provide cafe (Class A3) and additional community space; construction of a new skate park and children's play area; and construction of a replacement airport technical services building and associated parking.

Proposed refurbishment and continuing use of existing industrial building as workshop for restoration of vehicles and storage of parts and materials, with construction of extension to provide offices, canteen and plantroom, parking arrangements and landscaping.
