Demolition of shed and construction of single storey rear extension. Installation of ground floor sash window, formation of internal openings in ground floor rear wall and internal partitions at first floor (largely retrospective).

To the front elevation: replace first floor windows and ground floor stairwell window. Rear elevation: replace first floor windows and panelling. (Replace existing single glazed windows with white Velfac 200 aluminium windows with white painted wood panelling between on rear face). Construction of new front porch, retrospective permission for existing shed (bike store) and replace single glazing with double glazing on the front bay window
