To extend and remodel dwelling - single storey extension to the front and rear, a two storey extension to the side and rear, including raising of the roof and eaves. Conversion of roof space to form additional bedrooms, dormers to the front and side, together with demolition of existing outbuildings

Remodelling of existing dwelling including demolition of existing single storey rear conservatory; removal of existing of front dormer window; replacement and enlargement of existing rear dormer window; insertion of 6no rooflights to front roofslope; conversion of exiting single garage to habitable room; and alterations to the existing pattern of fenestration and insertion of new fenestration to both front and rear elevations.

Remodelling of dwelling including demolition of conservatory and erection of single storey rear extension, new dormer window to existing rooms and conversion of loft space with new flat roof dormer, conversion of part of garage, new doors and windows.

Remodelling and alterations to the existing dwelling to include: demolition of the existing garages and chimney stack, erection of part single, part two storey front extension and single storey rear extension. New chimney, windows and rear juliet balcony. Increase in basement floor space with front lightwell. Alterations to the roof shape to include an increase in the side roof ridge height and front and rear dormers to accommodate the loft conversion.
