Demolition of existing single-storey brick building, removal of trees and construction of a new three-storey innovation centre and office space (Class E), a facility for interdepartmental development complete with ancillary facilities and associated landscaping, access and servicing (Retrospective)

Non Material Amendment of DC/19/3798/ARM - Approval of Reserved Matters of DC/16/5410/OUT - Part Retrospective - Outline Application (with all matters other than means of access reserved) for residential development of up to 160 dwellings with the provision of a new meadow, additional site wide open space and landscaping, land to enable an extension to the existing cemetery and vehicular accesses off Hill Farm Road - Addition of previously agreed POS landscaping drawings 105 & 106, updated to include further tree planting.

Substitution of one dwelling (plot 2 on application 17/00979/FUL) with two smaller detached dwellings (with gardens and garages) (resulting in overall development of 10 dwellings)(variation of condition 02 (approved plans), condition 5 (drainage), condition 8 (parking/turning), condition 13 (landscaping) and condition 19 (tree protection plan) on application 18/01208/FUL for amendments of house type to Plot 10 and tree removal on Plot 2, and alterations to road layout and drainage)(retrospective).

Full discharge of condition 19 (Tree Protection Plan) and Partial and retrospective discharge of condition 17 (Landscape and Ecological Management Plan) and 18 (Construction Environmental Management Plan) of 17/01178/FUL, relating ONLY to the digging of a trench to the future foundations of the consented North stand; installation of the approved pitch and related drainage infrastructure, (subject to approved details submitted in condition 14 of Ref 17/01178/FUL); and regrading of surrounding landscaped bunds, as part of the approved Formation of outdoor educational facility comprising ground works to form a nature reserve/ecological enhanced area together with erection of a single storey detached building with basement for education, sports and leisure uses, a 4-pitch Multi Use Sports Pitch with spectator stands and floodlighting, associated car parking and ancillary works. ALL parts of Conditions 17 and 18 shall be submitted and discharged in writing by the local planning authority prior to ALL other works not fore-mentioned and associated with the approved development under Ref 17/01178/FUL. Farm Diversification and Regularisation Proposals including conversion of farm outbuildings to x2 holiday lets (retrospective), provision of x3 timber holiday lodges, erection of x2 agricultural barns and re-provision of displaced manege, extension of existing car port, engineering works to provide expanded pond and new driveway into residential element of site and other ancillary development including hardstanding and tree planting.
